1. Medication Refunds

1.1 Prescription Medications: Due to the nature of prescription medications, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, and refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions may be considered in the case of documented adverse effects or order errors.

1.2 Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications: Refunds for OTC medications are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Medication Products

2.1 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective non-medication product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order. We may request photographic evidence to assess the damage. A replacement or refund will be provided, as deemed appropriate.

2.2 Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive the wrong non-medication product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent, or a refund will be issued upon return of the incorrect item.

2.3 Change of Mind: Refunds for non-medication products due to a change of mind are not guaranteed. However, requests may be considered within 2 days of receiving the order, and a refund may be provided at our discretion.

3.2 Refund Assessment: Our team will review your request, and if eligible, will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and the amount refunded may take 7 days to reflect in your account.

4.3 Refund Denial: Medilio reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or if the request is deemed unreasonable.
